QUOTE. JOB. DONE.

Terms of service

Last updated: 5 November 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Matthew Frederick Munro, a sole trader, ABN 33 578 641 850 ("we", "us"), the publisher of the QUOTE. JOB. DONE. app and website (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you use it for a business, you confirm you can agree on that business's behalf.

1. What the Service does

The Service helps you prepare quotes, invoices and job records, and estimate costs, margins, GST and tax set-asides. It is a record-keeping tool. It does not give legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. You are responsible for:

Estimates such as profit, GST and tax set-aside depend on what you enter. Check them with your accountant.

2. Your content

You own the business records, customer details, photos and documents you put into the Service ("your content"). You give us permission to store, process and transmit your content only as needed to run the Service for you, for example syncing your records, generating PDFs, sending emails you ask us to send and showing a quote to the customer you sent it to.

You must have the right to collect and use your customers' information, and you must handle it in line with the privacy laws that apply to your business.

3. Plans, subscriptions and payments

Free features and limits are described in the app and may change. Pro is a monthly subscription bought through Google Play or the Apple App Store.

We will give at least 30 days' notice of a price increase for an existing subscription, through the app or by email. You can cancel before the new price applies and you won't be charged it.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to:

If you seriously or repeatedly do any of these things, we may suspend your access. We will tell you why and give you a chance to respond and export your data, unless the law or safety prevents it.

5. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available and your data safe, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep exported backups of important records. We may improve or change features. If a change materially reduces what a paid plan includes, we will tell you at least 30 days in advance, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

6. Consumer guarantees and liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Where the law allows, our liability for a failure to meet a consumer guarantee is limited to supplying the Service again or refunding the amount you paid for the affected period.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits, lost jobs or penalties arising from your documents or tax reporting. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in that period.

7. Ending the agreement

You can stop using the Service at any time and delete your account. We may end these terms if you seriously breach them. Where possible, we will give you notice and a chance to export your data.

8. General

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may update these terms for legitimate reasons, such as new features, legal requirements or security. We will tell you about material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. If you don't agree, you can stop using the Service and cancel your subscription before then without any penalty.

9. App Store terms

If you got the app from the Apple App Store, these terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app, its content, maintenance or support, or any claims about it, including product liability, legal compliance or intellectual property claims. If the app fails to meet a warranty that applies, you can tell Apple and it may refund the purchase price; to the extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation. You confirm you are not in a country subject to a US government embargo and are not on a US list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and can enforce them against you. Google Play's terms of service also apply to apps downloaded from Google Play.
